THE WORLD BANK-IMF ANNUAL MEETINGS 2012
In other to compensate individuals who lost money
in the claims of supposed lottery winnings/contract inheritance and to redeem
the images of affected countries, a meeting was held by Mr. Cyril Muller (World
Bank Vice-President External Affairs), Gerry Rice ( IMF Director External
Relations Department), Mr. Jorge Decressin (IMF Deputy Director) amongst other
delegations from different countries which comprises of security agencies, banks
and other financial organizations.
We wish to inform you of the result of meeting held by
the World Bank, IMF, United Nation Organization, FBI, and EFCC and other
security agencies on the annual ANNUALmeetings 2012 which ended last week. The
World Bank in conjunction with the International Monetary and Finance Committee
(IMFC) and ECOWAS parliaments has agreed to compensate 200 person each with
$1,000,000.00 (One million US dollars) in 20 countries. You have been selected
as one of the beneficiaries from your country.
Mr. Muller recognized that transparency and
accountability were crucial to the development process and central to achieving
the Banks mission to alleviate poverty and aimed at image redemption of affected
countries. You are therefore mandated as one of the beneficiaries to quickly
contact the paying committee which has been organized to handle the release of
your compensation of $1,000,000.00 to you.
In agreement with the FBI, we have sent our delegate to
personally handle the funds release in our west African payment zone. You are
advised to open communication with the details below and send your full contact
information to them.

Note: The taxes(Custom paper and clearance duty,
Anti-terrorist certificate, shipping fee) for your funds has been paid by
the compensation committee, you therefore mandated as the beneficiary to pay
$321 as the non-appearance fee for documentation and processing of the paper
works on your behalf. This is the only requirement needed from you to
finalize your funds release to you, do not accept another fee apart from that
sated above because that is the only requirement left to finish your funds
remittance to you.
Warning! You are advised to stop further communication
with anyone claiming to have your funds and forward all emails from such parties
to us, this is to ensure your safety and facilitate speedy remittance of your
compensation sum.
We shall await your update as soon as you have made
contact with the above office.
