Gabriel Moses who is in charge of the refugee camp where she resides presently here in Dakar Senegal as a refugee,in the message, the priest presented this same matter to me and also presented the death and deposit certificates of her late father Dr. Williams Cooper, because the documents are needed in the federal high court of Justice Dakar Senegal for the procurement of the documents of power of attorney/affidavit of oath and i will send them to you along side the power of attorney/affidavit as soon as am through with the procurement of the documents at the federal high court here in Dakar Senegal. Also, i have worked on the agreement letter certificate based on the legal proceedings of this transaction and attached to this email is the certificate of agreement letter.
