I understand your mail but what I am trying to tell you is that you
must tell me the truth of where you and the country where you want to
invest the funds,
So we want to know where you want to invest the money in India or
Saudi Arabia this I want to know from you,
The funds is with the
security company where the late investor make
the deposit and they told me that we have two option to choose they
can pay through there clearing house in London or pay through there
offshore office in Indonesia and they can pay also in Accra Ghana
so we are left with all this option,
For your information i hope you know very well that the investor is no
more we have try to bring this transaction to this level if you are
coming to Ghana what i can do is to give you a visa to come i will not
pay for your Air Ticket in the MOU any money you spend during the
this transaction will be paid back as the money come to your account
take not of this,
The MOU will be ready on Monday and i will send all to you and copies
of the change of ownership from the holding company,
Like i told you in one of my mail that you are part of this family and
you will work with us until
we are through with this business

I have understand now that the investment is taking place in
India i don’t have problem about that it’s okay, because I know India is one of
the fast growing country in team of economy in the world now and the investor want this funds to be invest in real
estate and other areas you will think that is better,
I was thinking that Saudi Arabia will be better but as you
have suggested that its more better in India I am okay with that in India,
If you come to Ghana it will take us (3 working days) to conclude
the transfer of the funds.
First on your arrival you will be taking to bank to open none
resident account with one of the local banks in Ghana after you have gone to the
security company for inspection of the funds,
The funds will be lodge
in that account you open in the bank for onward transfer to your account in India
so that is the only way we can conclude this
transaction,
You don’t need to doubt this transaction it’s a very plan
and I was ask to do it with a foreigner who is capable of handling a business
of this nature know this that the late investor don’t want to invest the funds
