However, this fund was a Fixed Deposit made in my bank by late Muammah Ghaddafi in a disguised name of which I am the account officer. The account details are all in my control, which I have closely monitored till date thus the next of kin to this deposit unfortunately is his late son, a close costumer and friend.
As it stands right now, I could not but conceal this information to myself. Considering the huge amount involved and present predicaments. I need a foreigner to stand as the beneficiary. This will help me to transfer the funds out from my bank without any problem within 14days.
My bank management is not aware of this development because I have been the account officer and nobody apart from my humble self can authorize and authenticate any transaction on this issue.
I am willing to part with 30% to you for your role, 10% to Orphanage and 5% to take care of all the expenses we might incur since the transaction is risk free and a confidential.
