In fact, it is possible that we meet after the transfer to be completed in your account in your country. I would like you to contact the bank to verify them. I have my father's certificate of deposit and certificate of death for me anyway I'll be there with you very soon after the transfer is complete to allow the beginning of my education and also invest the money with you in a good business in their country after the transfer is complete. All you need do is call the bank either by phone or send an email requesting the loan, the closure and transfer of funds in my name to your account.
