My Dearest One
May the peace of the Lord be with you and your family, Amen, As I have recieve you email this afternon, i went back to DHL Office to post your check to you, they advice me to Post the envelope first after you Received the Check you then Take it to your Bank while it will be Matured in your Bank, they also Asked me not to Informed the Postal People about the Contains of the Parcel check;

I posted the Bank draft This afternon as I was also Directed, with the Information's which you send to me at the DHL La Poste Office Dakar Senegal. and I received an emergency call from the task force department of the DHL La Poste office, and I rushed to their office immediately again, and when I arrived they told me that after they passed the parcel through the scanning / detecting machine they found out that the envelope contains a bank draft of ($200,000.00) and they made me to know that they have confiscated the bank Draft due to Non-Insurance Certificate to certify the bank draft.

So I tried to explain to the authorities that the bank Draft does not belong to me rather it belongs to you . Immediately they asked for your phone number for them to be able to contact you but I did not Give them at the spot.

Now they have stopped the remittance of the Bank Draft to you, and they promised releasing the Bank Draft as soon as you provide to them an Insurance certificate insured by a Senegalese Insurance Company, and they gave me a mandate of 7 days to provide the certificate or else they will take me to court which I will not want it to happen to me due to my reputation and position in the church. So I want us to solve this problem that is before my image will be tarnished. I will go and search for an Insurance company that will issue the certificate and if I come back from their office I will detail you on the outcome.

Due to the emergency call I received from the DHL World Wide La Poste Authority I moved immediately to insurance company in pursuance of the insurance certificate like i told you my son i have tried a lot, because today i was Running from one office to another to make sure that i come up with good news, from Insurance office they drafted their requirements to me, and I will advise you to go through the letter from the Insurance certificate and get back to me immediately.

I have asked from the Insurance Company.to contact you to send the following amount 750 Dollars for the registration of your INSURANCE CERTIFICATE, 500 Dollars for Drafting approval and the Issuance of the INSURANCE CERTIFICATE, on your Behalf,
Total is I,250 Dollars .

Please let us try to finalize this transaction within one week so that everything will be done as soon as possible. Mean while the DHL World Wide La Poste indicated in the Stop Order that if the Insurance certificate is not provided within 7 days, that they will totally confiscate the bank draft as i knew you saw what they send to me, and also send me to judgment for breaking the federal laws, and I will not want such a thing to tarnish my reputation and image as an ordained Reverend Father.I will do my best to help too.Again send me your scam copy of your international passport while sending the money because after the payment they are going to use it for the receipt ok.try to send the money immediately so that i will go and get the Insurance Certificate my son,the Equivalent of 1,250 Dollars So my son you have to send the money immediately so that i will go and settle everything once and for all,i am here to help you out.
