If you said you are not interested in the transfer, then can you help me to meet you in your country so that when coming i can come with all the document regarding this issue so that we can meet face to face but the problem now is that i do not have an international passport. i can easily get it from my embassy if only i have the money to pay for it. Secondly i do not need a visa to come to your country. what i need is just the United Nation Traveling Document to come to your country because of my refugee status and i can also get it in the head office of the UN over here in Dakar.Lastly the Flight Ticket, If you can finance my coming over there than am ready to be with you any time you want me ok. i hope to stop here until i read from you soonest.
