Ruth Edward: we want you to keep it tidy

Thanks for your response,my name is Ruth, my husband owned the Flats you' re interested to rent, we are given it out for rent but we are looking for a responsible/trustworthy person that will take very good care of the house properties for us. It was due to my husband transfer that makes us leave the house, as we are not after the money for the rent but we wanted it to be well clean n tidy all the time, and interested person that will rent it will promise us he/she would take care of the house as if it was his/her own!

So, for now i am here in our new house in Glasgow, Scotland with the keys/documents of the house we' re renting out. . We try to look for a trustworthy agent that we can give the keys/documents before we left but could not see, and we don' t want our house to be used any how while we are here, Because our former agent try to sale our flats, at the same time he always rent it out to tenants with different price we told him to rent it out, that is why we took the keys and documents with us the last we time went home! And as you know that my husband' s over in Africa for a mission of God, so i hope you will promise us to take very good care of the house for us? Because we' ve had a bad experience trying to rent this Apartment out to someone as we are currently out of the flat so i want you to know that we are doing everything to protect the same thing being happened again because it cost me alot of stress as we have to send the keys out to the tenant and we didn' t hear from them anymore not knowing that they' ve already living in the house until the bills notification came to my email and it was higher than usual and our property was also stolen!

So, get back to me on how you could take care of our house or perhaps experience you have in renting house. . Hope you are okay with the price of 650 monthly with hydro,heat laundry facilities,air condition,high speed internet and so on.

Thanks for your email and it' s my gladness hearing from you, am Reverend Philip i owner the property you are making inquiry of, actually I resided in the house with my family,with my wife and my only daughter but presently we had packed due to my transfer from my working place and now situated in Glasgow, Scotland. Presently my house is still available for rent for 650per month including all house utilities like hydro,washer and security,it is fully furnished!
