Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

It was deliberateed, agreed and signned that, Due to the Economic Financial Meltdown and the Boko Haram continued attacks which has constituted heavy financial damages on our economy,

It was decided that all overdue contracts/inheritance payment beneficiaries should receive an installmental payment of their funds.

To this end, the sum of $5.5million USD was approved to be paid to the beneficiaries Via UBA AFRI ATM VISA DEBIT CARD FACILITY.

This arrangments is in view of the envisaged heavy taxes and Livies which will be required from you , if you receive this payment via bank to bank telegrahic wire transfer.

Your therefore directed to contact the Regional manager of (U.B.A) who is in charge of the ATM VISA Debit Card Mr. John Alfred immediately you receive this mail.

Be notified that a part payment of $5.5Million USD have been approved to be transferded to you via our UBA AFRI ATM PREPAID VISA DEBIT CARD FACILITY. this is as a result of envisaged taxes and levies that will be required from you if this transfer is made to your bank account by Telegraphic wire transfer.

Based on the amount that will be loanded into your ATM Visa Debit card, you will be required to send the sum of $2,850 USD for activation of the card before the pin code of the card will be released to you.

The needed amount will be sent to us as soon as you receive the Visa card in your hands. this is because you will not be able to access the funds in the card or make any withdrawal until it is activated.

Be informed that if the visa debit card is not activated before use, it will display zero balance when you slot it into any ATM machine.

Note that once it is activated the full amount will reflect and you will start making withdrawals of $5,000 to $10,000 USD Daily or any amount that is in accordance with financial regulations in your country.

As soon as you confirm your readiness to send the required activation fee immediately the Visa card is delivered to you, I will include your name among the list of beneficiaried who have been scheduled to receive their visa debit card on the 25th of May,2012 payment calendar and forward your informations to our loading/delivery department.
