Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

My name is Dr. Sheriff Al-Mustapha. I wish to inform you that this letter is not a hoax mail and I urge you to treat it urgently.

I was one of the Special Advisers to the late Libya President Col. Muammar Gaddafi on petroleum matters; I have with me the sum US$25.5 Million that was realized from large petroleum revenues we made from Crude oil trades. This fund has been in my possession until the death of Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi

However, immediately I heard of the death of Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi, I quickly and successfully moved the fund to the neighboring country where I have deposited it for further delivery to any trusted business associate that can be of help to receive the funds on my behalf for our mutual benefit and for onward business investment.

Hence, I need your foreign partnership to assist me invest the fund in your country. I have interest in buying of shares, real estates and any other profitable businesses you may wish to recommend for me.

We will share the funds under the following ratio: 30% of the total amount will be for you as my partner and 60% for myself, while 10% for Diplomatic logistics and other expenses that may be incurred in the process of the transaction.
