Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Hello,
I must solicit your confidence in this letter. I am Mr. Paul Clottey, the Head of Contract Awarding Committee of E.C.O.W.A.S(Economic Community of West African States), Accra-Ghana. As a matter of trust, I seek for an honest foreign partner in whose account we will transfer the sum of Twenty-five Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars(US$25.5M) for mutual benefit and further investment projects in your country.

I hereby propose that 30% of this money will be for you as our foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign bank account for the transfer, 5% will be set aside for expenses incurred during the transfer process and 65% would be for me till I arrive in your country. This transaction will be successfully concluded within 14 days if you accord us your unalloyed and due cooperation.

You will be required to:-

(1) Assist in the transfer of the said funds by providing your bank account.

(2) Advise on lucrative areas for investment in your country.
