Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

To avoid re-occurrence of the past experience, an agreement was signed between the ministry and the Western Union board that beneficiaries should not be charge for western union transfer cost any more but rather, all beneficiaries should show commitment on their part as indication of their wiliness and support to this agreement to receive their entitlement, in view of this agreement, you are required to send $70.00 USD as commitment charges, this will enable us activate the MTCN for your first installment.
