till this moment here in Dakar Senegal.

from Ivory
Coast in West Africa and
presently, i am residing in the
refugee camp here in Dakar, Senegal as
a result of the civil war that
ravaged my country, please don' t be discouraged on hearing this as this
is our
first time of meeting. My late father Professor Siako, he was a
prominent man in
the administration of the Government of my country and he held sensitive
positions in the government before the rebels attacked and killed him
along with
my mother. I am the only one alive now and i managed to make my way to a
nearby
country Senegal
where i
am living now as a refugee. I
would like to know more about you. Your likes and dislikes, your hobbies
and

Hello Dear,
How are you today? I am very happy to read your mail and
i believe that i am very lucky to come in contact with you. There isn' t much
left to talk about me, i am single, never married and has no children. Right
now, i live as a refugee here in the refugee
camp, i am not working because i do not have permit to enter the city as a refugee. Living here is just like someone in the prison. I don' t have any family left
because as you already know, my parents died as a result of the crises in my
country and all my relatives ran away in the middle of the crises. If you
would like to speak with me on phone, i will be happy. I do not have a phone of
my own but you can call me through the phone of a Reverend Father who is the
Reverend Father of a Catholic church by the side of the camp. The Reverend

851 if you call, tell him that you want to speak with me, Joy, and he will send
for me in the refugee camp. Please whenever you want to
call, always call from 14 to 16 Hours GMT because within this time he is always
free so he can allow me to speak with you within this time.
Dear, it is
my pleasure to ask for your assistance regarding a very important issue in my
life now. To a reasonable degree, my life and how fast i can come out of this
refugee camp depends on it. I do not want to discuss this with anybody but after
reading your few mails, i was able to decide that you are the right person to
talk to.
My father when he was alive made a deposit in a bank with my
name as the next of kin. The money is in the tune of 5.4million pounds
(5,400,000). It is my intention to transfer the money out of the bank so that
i can personally have access to it, but as a result of my political status as a
refugee, i haven' t been unable to do that.
I have also contacted the
bank where the money is deposited to discuss the issue, and they have decided
to transfer the money but i must present a trustee who will receive the money in
his account for me as they can not make the transfer to me directly here because i am a refugee and have no personal bank account
number.
I
want to use this opportunity to ask for your assistance in this regard believing
that you are the right person that my heart can trust. I will be coming over to
your country immediately the money is transferred to you so that i can be able
to continue my education while you use the money for investments purposes. I am willing to let you have 20% of the total sum after the transfer while you use my
own share for investments on my behalf.
I would like to introduce you to
the bank as my partner for the transfer but before i do that, i have to get

that you find peace, I am very glad to read from you once again, as I said early
that I love to build good relationship with you, also willing to come over to
your country to star new life with you, because my wish is to become part of

I told you before I don' t have any relatives now whom I can go to, all my
relatives ran away in the middle of the war the only person I have now is the Reverend

camp he has been very nice to me since I came here but I am not living with him
rather I am leaving in the women' s hostel because the camp have two hostels one
for men the other for women. And I use to communicate with you through the

As a refugee here I don' t have any right or privilege to any
thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country. I
want to go back to my studies because I only attended my first year before the tragic
incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place. Please listen
to this, I have my late father' s statement of account and death certificate here with me which I will send to you letter, Because
when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a Royal Bank Of Scotland
in which he used my name Joy as the next of kin, the amount in question is (DEPOSIT
CERTIFICATE) of ((5,400,000) ) four million U.S Dollars deposited by my late father in
the bank which I am the next of kin.
Darling I will like you to help me transfer this money to your care and from it
you can send some money for me to get my traveling Documents and air ticket to
