After the telephone conversation with him and upon receipt of his Address, A meet was held by the Executive Boards of Director Western Union COTONOU-Benin Republic regarding the matter and it was concluded that we should email first to confirm if this person is thoroughly tell us the truth or not. Are you STILL ALIVE OR DEAD?? We are not sure about this because we have not heard from you that you are sick, if this is true or not, you are urgently urged and advised to get back to us upon receipt of this email message.
Regarding the fee of $65.00 US Dollars which you are supposed to send earlier, I tried letting him know of the required fee he stated that you told him about the fee and that we should give him the  information to send the fee $65.00 US Dollars, so that we can update your payments and have it re-direct to his name and address then send the MTCN numbers to him since you are not alive again.
Please this fund is not something we should just make any silly mistake or send it to the wrong person as you know that USD$950,000.00 is huge amount of money. your urgent reply is highly needed, if you are STILL ALIVE, because this man is getting us confusing on what he is saying therefore if you are STILL ALIVE and what this person his saying is not truth you advice to get back to us immediately upon receipt of this email message.
Note our Western Union Head Office told him to give us more 3days to think about it. So am sending this message to confirm the truth but if I don't hear from you in the next 3days we will accept the fee of  $65.00 US Dollar from him and Re-direct your Payment File hand over everything to him per you last wish as him told us.
