Mr. Willams has just informed me of your several efforts trying to reach me on the phone which has been to no avail. Pls understand that it was not intentional. The telephone net work here has been flutuating for the past couple of days but they have been seriously working on it, hence my decission to write you an e-mail. Be informed then that all arrangements between us and the U.S Security Deptf for the onword Shipment of your Consignment have been put in place. Note then that the Shipment cost will be taken care of by us but you will only be responsible for my round trip Air Plane ticket to deliver the Consignment to your address. You will be required therefore to make arrangements to send the amount for the AirPlane ticket to enable me pay and obtain my ticket asap. I will provide you the info on how to send the amount for the Air Plane ticket as soon as i get your response. I look forward to hearing from you asap.
