Crude oil trading is one of the most lucrative sales transaction in the global market today which enhances the economy of most oil rich nations especially in the gulf regions. Most international businessmen and women get scared when the name "CRUDE OIL BUSINESS" is been mentioned because they think it requires very huge amount of money to set up. As a seller mandate certificate holder with GEPetrol, they will give you a monthly allocation base on the capacity of your license, The capacity of crude oil licenses varies from 200,000-2,000,000 barrels monthly.
Your duty as a crude oil sales license holder is to spot potential buyers of GEPetrol ALBA CRUDE OIL and connect them directly to the National Oil Company of Equatorial Guinea "GEPetrol" for a sales transaction. The buyer deals directly to the oil company and pays directly to the oil company through a Letter of credit either STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT (SBLOC) OR IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT (ILOC). As soon as the buyer and the seller (GEPetrol) completes the sales transaction, GEPetrol will pay you a commission as their license operator who introduced the buyer to them.
Crude oil licenses attract different commission payout depending on how the license is been operated either by FREE ON BOARD (FOB) OR COST, INSURANCE AND FREIGHT (CIF). In FOB license operation, the buyer takes care of the movement of the crude carrier (vessel) from the loading bay to the discharging port, he also pays for the insurance of the VLCC, this attracts a lesser commission of $3 per barrel sold. In CIF the license operator takes care of same as stated above which attracts a double commission of $6 per barrel sold. CIF is for established license operators, I will advise you to go on FOB as a starter in the industry, when established properly you can now apply for CIF.
If you are operating a license that has a capacity of one million barrels per month which attracts a commission of $3 per barrel sold, It means that GEPetrol will be paying you Three Million United States Dollars (3MUSD) monthly at the end of every sales transaction.
THE QUESTION NOW IS, HOW DO YOU OBTAIN THIS CRUDE OIL SELLER MANDATE (LICENSE) ?
Since approximately a year ago, GEPetrol has stopped issuing fresh seller mandate certificate to license applicants because of the numerous and outrageous applications received during the 2010/2011 sales operational season. I spotted an existing but DORMANT license that has not been in operation for several months because of the unavailability of the owner. I was able to trace the attorney that oversees the license operation with GEPetrol, We agreed to look for a capable hand that can reassign the license to his/her name or his/her company's if the person has a registered company. This license can be officially reassigned to your name or your companys name if you have any as the new beneficiary and you will become the official owner of the license and start operating the license with GEPetrol. We agreed that the proceeds of this license will be shared 50:50%, this means that you will take 50% of the proceeds monthly and we (I and the attorney) will take 50% of the proceeds monthly. This may be sounding very strange to you because you are not familiar with crude oil sales
operation, I bet you, as we proceed you will become so familiar with it.
THE NEXT QUESTION IS, HOW DO YOU SPOT THE BUYERS OF GEPETROL ALBA CRUDE OIL ?
Since the attorney has been handling this license operation, he knows alot of buyers and he will be assisting in spotting the buyers.
