Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

SUB: USD$3.5 MILLION PART-PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

 
 
This payment notification is issued to all the beneficiaries who have been short-listed for payment this quarter payment program.
 
The Federal Government of Nigeria under the Administration of the Nigeria executive President, Dr Goodluck Jonathan in collaboration with the International Fund Repatriation and Debt Management Units as well as the representatives of US/UN joint officials, has announced the release of usd$3.5M part-payment to these categories of Beneficiaries.  This was announced yesterday when the above stake-holders met and resolved to pay foreign beneficiaries whose funds have remained unpaid for several years by the government of Nigeria and other affected countries.

The Nigeria/UN/US joint committee resolved that in order to void and check-mate scam which could sabotage the good effort of this committee, every beneficiary shall open and operate a Non Resident Personal Account(NRPA) with the Federal Ministry of Finance. This fund $3.5M ill first be deposited into the NRPA of each beneficiary and Access Data to NRPA given to the beneficiary to enable beneficiary to operate and access the account for further credit into his personal or company account as deemed necessary by the beneficiary.

For details of this payment program, kindly refer to the attached Newspaper Publication herein where your name has been short-listed for payment.
 
Note: If you receive this notification and your name is not on the list in the attached newspaper publication, then you are not eligible. Only those listed in the publication are eligible for payment. Please read the Publication attached herein properly and forward your your full names, address and contact telephone number(s).

All the short-listed beneficiaries should respond to this notification with immediate effect  You are advised to stop further communication with any office nor official; local or foreign regarding your fund release. You are also requested to keep your payment release procedures confidential in order not to allow unauthorised officials/impostors access into your fund release procedures so that they will neither discourage nor sabotage the good effort of this program.
