Responding to this mail although i know that we did not know each others, but i got your
contact after searching through your country website.
For formal introduction, my name is Dr.Smith, the director contract committee for South

forwarded to me by the commission that they are still expecting him to come forward for his
payment or it will be declare as tax after profit or yearly turnover to the government purse.
To this effect, i and my co-worker have decided to make personal use of this money, but as
civil servants the South African civil service rules and a regulation does not permit us to
operate or own a foreign account. so after that, we can share It thus; 35% to you, 60% for
me and my co-worker, while 5% should be given to any orphanage home.
Finally note that this contract has actually been executed, completed and commissioned and
the contractor paid in good faith; I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate
arrangement and be rest assured that we will use our positions in the office to make this
deal 100% risk free and legal, to protect you from any breach of the law.
