We have taken note of your email and the contents observed. To respond to your enquiries, I state specifically that:

1. We are not at liberty to deduct non-banking cost from the source. Any attempt to deduct the any amount will violate the terms of acceptance of the transaction from our Africa partners and transfer standards.

2. Your fund is insured under escrow policy. Which also prohibits us from amending the payment order. We are handing this transfer as a Fiducial Intermediary with a limited access and control over the fund.

3. We are under obligation, specifically to transfer the amount to your account. The terms of acceptance specifies that on no account shall any amount be deducted from the principal sum.

In view of the above scores, I am afraid we can not honour your request for deductions and will implore you to settle the applicable charges within the stipulated.

Also, we have an option to send an ATM Mastercard to you. This decision is taken because of numerous stop order and monitoring agencies. So we can send an ATM Card to you, so you can make withdrawals from any cash machine that accepts VISA / MASTERCARD. However it is your choice and responsibility to pay for the card application and delivery to your house via DHL Courier.
