There are reliable courier service firm nearest to my office here, presently the only way i can assist you is by sending this bank draft to you through courier firm as i mentioned earlier so that you can receive it within 3 days and then take it to your bank for melting into your account.

The TNT courier which i consulted over here agreed to deliver the draft to you within 3days but insisted that we must fulfill their service charge of (170, 000 XOF) Senegal currency equivalent to [280 Euros] for delivery including insurance fee of the valued parcel, our local post office in Dakar has been grounded for long and neglected by our government due to corruptions, so it's no longer in use and citizens had no choice than to start using the express couriers for safety, like TNT which is the most efficient in our country.

on acceptance i will give you the information you will use to send the (280 Euros) which is for the both insurance fee and for the shipping of the Citibank draft, and as soon as we receive the money i will go straight to the TNT Currier insurance department and insure the Citibank check and also pay for the shipping,

And i will scan the copy of the Citibank draft and the courier airway bill and send it to you. i would want you to see the views before the Citibank check before it arrives.
