Though his sudden death was linked or rather suspected to have been masterminded by an uncle of mine who was with him at that time. But God knows the truth! My mother died when I was just 6 yrs old, and since then my father took me so special.

Before the death of my father last year 2011, he called me and informed me that he has the sum of Seven Million, Five Hundred thousand United State Dollars. (USD$7,500,000.00) he deposited in a private Bank here in Abidjan Cote D'Ivoire. He told me that he deposited the money in my name, and also gave me all the necessary legal documents regarding to this deposit with the Bank. I am just 20 years old and a university undergraduate and really don't know what to do. Now I want an honest and GOD fearing partner overseas who I can transfer this money with his assistance and after the transaction I will come and reside permanently in your country till such a time that it will be convinient for me to return back home if I so desire. This is because I have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of incessant Presidential political crisis that go on here in our country.

The death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life. I also want to invest the fund under your care because I am ignorant of business world.. Dear Father, I want you to understand that every thing in life is about trust, because trust is the key, I am very surprise that you don’t trust me while I trusted you with my heart and forwarded those legal documents to you.

You promised to help me receive my inheritance so I could join you in  �; help is from the heart not enforcement, if you really want to help me do it from the bottom if your heart and you won’t regret anything. The bank don’t have anything to do with your details they just want to see the person I presented to them as my foreign partner because of the amount involved. Concern the legal documents you mentioned.

The document needed for the transfer is: Transfer Authorization Letter. From the Ivory Coast authority which is, office of the presidency. There are the people that will give the bank transfer documents and authorize to transfer the money into your bank account and copy will send to you, and your bank, so that when the money arrives in your bank account  � government and both your bank will not ask you any question on how you secure this big amount of money from Africa that transferred into your bank account.

The bank director also made me to understand that if their bank transfer the money in your account without the presidency having it approved the money will be monitored and confiscated by (ECOWAS) Economic Community Of West African States, which there bank will have big problem with the authority by transfer this huge amount to  � without having the money approved, which you the receiver of the money will be charged for money hundred. That is what the bank director Mr. David Amuah told me.

Secondly, on my discussion with bank director yesterday he told me that as soon the presidency approval the transfer their bank will contact your bank direct in  �and forward their bank official transfer notification letter to inform your bank the arrival of the ($7.500.000.000usd), into your account, so that nobody will have right to ask you anything

I don’t know how much the Transfer Authorization Approval Letter will may cost, today is public holiday here in our country, all the offices is closed tomorrow morning I will go to the bank to know what the Transfer Authorization Letter will cost. Dear Father, I am in problem now, I went to the bank today and I met the bank director Mr. David Amuah, he said the presidency need 737 EURO to give us Transfer Letter, I don’t have up to this amount I was thinking maybe is about 150 EURO I don’t know that it will cost up to this amount.
