We have received your information from the National Lottery and have confirmed you to be the legitimate owner of the package. Your package was here on 15th December 2013. There is a one week grace for all receivers to claim their packages. After a week, there is a daily demurrage of $100. Saturday, 28th December made it exactly 6 extra days your package has been with us. Your one week grace expired on 22nd December 2013. 6 days at $100 a day would amount to $600. Please note that every extra day attracts a $100 demurage so if you wait until tomorrow, you would have to pay $700. Payment for demurrage is to be made to our demurrage department.

You are required to come down to our office to sign off and collect your package. Alternatively, you can request for your card to be shipped to you through our officially approved private courier service. Note that if this option should be chosen by you, you’ll take care of the shipment cost of this package to your destination. Please inform us urgently of your choice to fasten the release of this package to you due to demurrage charges.

If you would like us to deliver the package to your doorstep, you would need to send the delivery charge to our courier personnel. The delivery fee is $100 and this can be paid by you upon delivery of the package to your doorstep. The demurrage fee must be paid before the package leaves our custody. Please note that this is company procedure. There is nothing i can do about it. Let me know if you would have us deliver the package and i would direct you to our courier personnel and also tell you how to send the demurrage fee. As at today, 30th December 2013, it is $600 and every extra day attracts $100.
