I was surprised about the customs immigration officer because I expected
him to call a big amount of money on the certificate due to its value and
recommendations but he said that the certificates prize has been reduced
about 3months ago by the United Nations. According to the explanations of
the customs immigration officer, demanding this certificates from you, he
stated that you are not a citizen of this country that is why they want
you to acquire this certificate, assuming you were a citizen of this
country this demand woundn't have come up from the Customs office.
