On behalf of the
entire board of OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) we are pleased
to inform you that all the details required from you to complete the final
process of approval of your grant donation fund has been received, be advised
that the sum of $2,000,000.00 USDollars (Two Million United States Dollars) has
been approved for you by OPEC fund for International Development, the
aforementioned amount is hereby confirmed for immediate remittance to your
nominated bank account through Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
The utilization of the funds should be
judiciously deployed as follow:
(1) 40% of the grant
fund will be expended towards supporting communities affected by environmental
disasters, such as Flood, Tornado, Hurricane, Volcanic Eruption,
Earthquake, Political
Conflicts, Hazardous Waste, Heat Wave, Tsunami, Cyclonic Storms, Droughts,
Hailstorms, Wildfire, Torrential Rainfall, Landslide, Typhoon, etc., which has
led to financial, environmental or human loss. This grant fund is awarded to you
to assist society/community affected by such kind of environmental disasters.
(2) 40% of the grant
fund will be spent towards supporting Charity Organization such as;
Orphanage, Less
Privilege, Poor and Widows, etc.
(3) The balance 20% will
be used for remuneration of the beneficiary who sacrificed precious time in
ensuring the above is actualized.
All participants of
this program were selected World Wide from, Australia, New Zealand, North
America, South America, Central America, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa
as part of International Program.
On behalf of the
entire staff of this Organization, I wish to congratulate all the
non-Governmental Organizations who have no little way contributed immensely
towards the success of this program as well as taking concrete steps towards
its actualization.
Your grant donation
fund including your certificate of Affidavit of Claim Eligibility has been
forwarded to our payout bank Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for immediate
remittance of your grant donation fund of $2,000,000.00 US Dollars (Two Million
United State Dollars) to your nominated bank account which you shall provide as
the original beneficiary to receive the grant fund.
In accordance with
laid down payout policy as advised by OPEC Fund for International Development
(OFID) you are advised to immediately contact the payout bank (Reserve Bank of
India) for your payment, using the information below.
