Attention customer,
We wish to officially inform you that
we received your message from your partner Ms. Caroline Gaboh for the
claim/transfer of the deposited fund which was deposited by our
deceased customer Dr. Jean Francois Gaboh of Republic of Cote
D'Ivoire West Africa. After our official board meeting today we
decided to write you back in respect to the message which we received
from you.
Actually we have earlier been told
about you by the young lady who is Ms. Caroline Gaboh (The next of
kin) which she wishes you to be her trustee/representative for the
claim of her late father's deposit fund with our Bank, the sum of
(£2.3 Million) Two million three Hundred Thousand Great British
Pounds. The claim has already been filed in our bank as the daughter
of our late customer has already indicated her interest to get her
late father's fund transferred to your account as the foreign
partner.
We are hereby accept you as the said
beneficiary of the fund as indicated by Ms. Caroline Gaboh, the only
daughter of our deceased Costumer Dr. Jean Francois Gaboh. But for us
to be sure, we requested that you send to us by email attachment, a
copy of the deposit slip of the Fund which we issue to our deceased
customer on the day of deposit with our Bank, including the death
certificate of our deceased costumer Dr. Jean Francois aboh
confirming his death. Hence you have been appointed as a
trustee to represent the Next of Kin (Ms.Caroline Gaboh) we required
that you send us your below Bank account details as listed below:

However an international bank fund
transfers of this such requires that you and your partner Ms.
Caroline Gaboh will appear before the management of this Bank, to
sign the bond release order and other legal change of ownership
documents which will approve you as the new legal beneficiary of the
said fund as the depositor the late father is dead, So that our bank
will have the legal right from the Government of our country Dakar
Senegal before the transfer can be done.
This must be done to ensure the
transfer safety of the fund to your account to avoid double
claiming. Our Bank will also process your claim file and register to
the Federal Ministry of Finance/Federal Ministry of Justice as a
valid and authentic approved fund claim/transfer, so that our Bank
will be in safe place after transferring the said fund to your
account.
Note: That signing of the documents are
compulsory and also part of our security protocols to avoid
fraudulent claims,to protect our interest, yours and the next of kin
after the transfer has taken place. To avoid unwarranted taking
advantage of our deceased customer Dr. Jean Francois Gaboh's absence
by some individuals or some other distance relations who might have
had access to his privacy.
If you cannot make it to come down here
in our Bank to sign the needed documents We hereby advise you and
your partner to to look for a Lawyer who will represent you here in
our country to obtain and sign the below needed documents from the
Federal high court of Justice, because the legal documents will
legally approve and proves you as the new legal beneficiary of the
said fund, so that our bank will be in a safe place after
transferring the said funds to your account, since the depositor is
dead.
The needed legal documents must be
obtain and signed in the Federal High Court of Justice with a
Senegalese practicing lawyer from 9 years and above in service who
will stand on your behalf and your partner in the Federal high court
of justice to swear the affidavit as a surety that your partner
Debora Francois has authorized you as the new beneficiary of the said
fund, so that our bank will be legally authorized by the Government
of our country to carryout the transfer of the said fund to your
account as the new beneficiary.
According to the Banking rules and
regulation which must be followed legally according to the laws,
below are the list of the needed legal Change of onwership Documents
A lawyer will obtain and sign on your behalf here in our country, to
enable us have the legal right from the government of our country to
transfer the said fund to your account as the new beneficiary of the
fund without a Hitch. The needed legal Cahange of ownership Documents
are as follows:-
1. Power of Attorney Document
2. Affidavit of claims Document
3. Change of Ownership Document
