Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Subject: !! Dearest. . Reply me please

Beloved,
My doctor said I wont survive the surgery operation that will be
performed on me and I want you to establish a charity organization in
your country in my name.
I have millions of dollars ($7.6 million) in my account and I want you to
use it to establish the charity organization because I cant do it again.
I don't want the government to take my money because of their selfish
interest.
Reply me please, if you can help me actualize my dream
