Hello My dear,
I am writing this letter to you with tears and sorrow from the heart,
with due respect and trust of humanity, I appeal to you to make a
little patience and read my letter, I feel quite safe dealing with you
in this important business, after going through your wonderful
profile, to be honest, I am writing this letter with the pain, tears
and sorrow in my heart, I would really like to have a good
relationship with you, and I have a special reason why I decided to
contact you, I decided to contact you in- for the urgency of my
situation. But first, let me formally introduce myself to you.
My name is Miss Sarah Tage Lou, aged 25, from Ivory Coast in West
Africa, my father, Tage Lou, was Minister of Internal Affairs of C�te

In fact, I am compelled to contact you because of the maltreatment I
am receiving from my step mother after the death of my parents. My
father had two wives before her disappearance. My mother was the
second, the first wife could not raise the issue after six years of
marriage, so that my father had the idea to get a second wife, who was
my late mother. After the wedding, my mother's first wife became
hostile and aggressive to the point where my father rented an
apartment for her in the city. But she returned with her belongings in
the housea of my father, after news of the death of my parents. it
became harder for me, and she wanted to deny my ownership of all of my
father. I'm just as in the vicious circle that nothing in the house
loves me.
In the meantime, I would like to fly to Europe for their education,
but they hide from my passport and other valuable traveling documents.
Fortunately for me, she did not know where I continued my father file
containing important documents. So I decided to flee from their
country to neighboring countries under the name of the Republic of
Togo, where I am currently seeking asylum in accordance with the UN
High Commissioner for Refugees here in Lome, Republic of Togo. Because
of my inability and lack of resources. Be aware that the deceased
father of the file that I opened our home, I found a certificate of
deposit of U.S. $ 10.700.000.00 which my late father used to make
money in the bank, known as Financial Bank in Togo with my name as the
next of kin .
I decided to write to you for help, please, I'll be very glad if you
need to consider to help me, do not betray me when the money transfer
into your bank account. I am contacting you for a long business
relationship and investment assistance in your country. My father of
blessed memory deposited the sum of $ 10 700 000.00 in the bank, here
Lome Togo with my name as next of kin. When I arrived in Togo, I went
to the bank where my father deposited the money so that I can withdraw
the money as next of kin to the account and start a new life.
Unfortunately, I do not know what my father has signed an agreement
with the bank that the money should not be released directly to me if
I'm not married or 30 years. The Agreement provides that, if I am at
least 30 years, I should appoint business partners abroad / investor
any time I want to have access to the fund in the bank. I understand
that the investor should invest and manage money for me, a good
business, while I continue my education abroad.
Thus, the bank warned that, because I'm not 30 years old, not married,
I should look for someone to refer to the requirements of their
agreement with my late father. That's why I contacted you. Secondly, I
like your country, and I would like to live there and continue my
education, I was in my 1st year at university, before the crisis,
which take the lives of my parents. I am going to compensate you with
20% of the total amount of money for their services, and the balance
shall be my investment capital. That's why I decided to contact you.
Please all communications should be through this email address only
for confidential purposes. As soon as I receive your positive response
demonstrating your interest I will put things into action immediately.
In connection with the above, I would appreciate an urgent message
about the ability and willingness to deal honestly with this project.

here in the refugee camp, because I told him a little bit about
myself, but I did not tell him about the money for security reasons

yourself just because the money is my last hope on earth, and I do not
want anything to happen. I advise you not to disclose this information
to any other person, even your best friend, until we have access to
the fund. I pray for the success of this transaction, and if the
marriage came after the deal is better for me because I need someone
who will accept me as a partner in life with an open mind to take care
of me as a husband and wife, but if you are married, We can be a

Dearest lovely,
The most important thing I need from you right now is your love,
honesty and trustworthiness. I choose you because I believe with you I
will get out of this condition. According to the finance firm
governing laws of this country, people under refugees are not allowed
to participate into monetary transaction or operate personal bank
account or engage in any business and that is why I seek for your help
so I can get my freedom.
I want you to understand more about my situation here in the camp, I
am e-mailing you from the office of the Rev.Father who is pastoring at
the church in the refugee camp, I have explained to him a little about
my life though not everything. Meanwhile, life is just not easy since
I don't have anybody here to take care of me. I am also short of money
as there are no benefits for us here when my father has left some
thing that I can live with.
I don't have access to further my education; no access to clean water,
no access to good food here in the refugee camp, life has not been
easy for me. I'm only surviving through the aid of the Rev. Father who
is pastoring at the church in the refugee camp, he has permitted me to

Moreover, I wrote to the finance firm where this fund is deposited
into, for them to advise me on what to do in order to have access to

that in a situation like mine, that the best solution is by soliciting
for assistance of a reliable foreigner who can assist me claim and
receive the fund on my behalf as I wish. I then decided to contact
you, hoping that with your advanced knowledge we can be able to work
together, so that if all things work out for us, we can go into life
partnership if you wish because I am not yet married.
Though it took me time to make up my mind to contact you and offer you
this proposal of mine of which my whole life depends on and when the
bank advise me to solicit for a help since I have decide to travel out
in any part of the world, as I told you that there is a lot fake
business in the internet and I was advise by the bank to know the kind
of person I will contact for this, but after going through your
profile I then decided to contact you.

not going to betray me or sit on my inheritance after it might have
