Hello Dear,
With profound respect and humble submission, I beg to state the following few
lines for your kind consideration, I hope you will spare some of your valuable
minutes to read the following appeal with sympathetic mind. I must confess that
it is with great hopes, joy and enthusiasm that I write to you this mail, which I
know and believe by faith that it must surely find you in good condition of
health. My name is Miss Angela Lisa Kinto, I am 23 years old.
I'm from Liberia in West Africa and presently, I am residing in the refugee
camp here in South Africa as a result of the civil war in my country. I was a first
year student of law at the university before the incident that led me into this
situation of been in refugee camp in South Africa. I'm a very simple, honest,
respectful, Caring, sincere and romantic girl.
My late father Dr. Kinto Murvee was the Managing Director of Rainbow Gold
and Diamond Mine Company, also a successful exporter of Cocoa during his life
time. I am the only daughter of my parent. It is sad that the rebels attacked my
house one early morning killing my mother and my father. Equally my mother
was a senior lecturer at the university before her untimely death. I don't have
any relative now whom I can go to, all my relatives ran away in the middle of the
war.
I am the only survivor in my family because I am the only child of my parent.
After the recent crisis that resulted to the death of my parent, I was taken to
South Africa for safety by Red Cross under Catholic Caritas as an asylum,
which is how I came to the Camp. As a refugee here I don't have any right or
privilege to anything be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this
country.
Please listen to this carefully, I have my late father's Fund Deposit sleep and
Deposit Agreement and death certificate here with me, because when he was
alive he deposited some amount of money in a security company in South Africa
which he used my name as the next of kin, the amount in question is Seven
Million, Nine Hundred Thousand United State Dollars (USD$7,900,000.00).
Already I have informed this security company about my intention to claim my
late father's deposit. The security company told me to look for a foreign partner
who will assist me in transferring the funds due to my refugee status here, as a
refugee I am not allowed to the right of claim to the money but through an
appointed representative as the united refugee law governing refugee all over the
world states.
Now I want an honest and GOD fearing partner overseas who will assist me in
transferring this money. I kept this secret to people in the camp here; you are the
only person that I am telling this. So I will like you to help me to transfer this
money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my
travelling documents and air ticket to come and reside permanently in your
country till such a time that it will be convenient for me to return back home if I
so desire. This is because I have suffered a lot of setbacks as a result of incessant
political crisis in Liberia.
The death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life. I also want to invest
this fund under your care in any business of your choice since I'm still too young
to manage it. I am in a sincere desire of your humble assistance in this regards.
Your suggestions and ideas will be highly regarded.
Now permit me to ask these few questions: 1. Can you honestly help me from
your heart? 2. Can I completely trust you? 3. What percentage of the total
amount in question will be good for you after the fund has being transferred to
your account and I come over to meet you? Please, consider this and get back to
me as soon as possible.
Immediately I confirm your willingness, I will send to you my Picture and also
inform you more details involved in this matter. In summary, I will like you to
keep it to yourself and don't tell it

I am contacting you with regards to Angela Kinto's transaction.
Miss Kinto (a refugee from Liberia) contacted me to render legal
assistance to transfer her late father�s fund into your bank account
in your country. She told me that you are her Partner and the
partnership is based on trust. I am truly satisfied with your email
and I believe are the type of family that Angela needs right now.
She presented the entire documents of the deposited fund and I took
some incredible steps to ensure that the fund is still available and
ready for transfer. Having confirmed that her inherited consignment is
still at the care of the security company, I accepted to render my
legal services to you.
Please provide the following details/information to enable me apply
for the change of ownership of the fund on your behalf: Full name(s),
Address, Telephone, Sex, Occupation, copy of your Passport/driver's
license and your direct telephone contact. You will be required to
setup an offshore bank account in South Africa where the security
company will deposit the fund when the beneficiary change of ownership
of the fund is completed. The fund transfer will be concluded within
few days if only you follow my instructions. All other proceedings
shall be given to you upon the receipt of your email and I will ensure
this passes through all legal processes.
Please note as follows;
Due to my affinity with Angela as a member of my Catholic Charismatic
faith and considering her status here in South Africa as a refugee who
is undergoing some untold hardship at present, I have decided to
assist Angela in making sure that the fund is successfully transferred
to a place that she feels very okay with it after she had informed me
that you have unconditionally decided to assist her in all
ramifications in making sure that everything about the fund is duly
transferred and judiciously invested in your country and at the same
time assist her in gaining a quality education down there in your
country
Sequel to the above, I do hereby inform you that all documents
relating to this transaction have been ascertained by my office as we
are presently having some of the deposit documents in our possession
here in our chamber and we are determined to fight this course to the
last in seeing that the fund is released for your custody. All I am
demanding from you is your co-operation and assistance in making sure
that this poor girl is delivered from this dungeon called refugee so
that she can get a better life down there in your country.
However, I would like to know the extent you have reached with Angela
regarding how this money will be invested and her accommodation once
everything concerning this fund is finalized is she going to stay with
you as an adopted member of your family or is she staying on her own
while she continues her studies in your country? More importantly, do
you have any agreement with her regarding the percentage as soon as
the fund is transferred? Already Angela had earlier informed me that
she had decided to donate part of the fund to the destitute, please
let me know if you are okay with her idea as I do not want to
interfere in her decisions.
Being aware of the predicaments Angela is undergoing here in South
Africa, I deem it necessary and expedient that both of us must join
hands together in making sure that we see to the final execution of
this transfer, I therefore pray you to try your best in whatever way
you can so that we can finalize this project before the end of this
month since you are aware that Angela has little or nothing to
contribute financially towards this transaction, I believe that both
of us will benefit at the end of this transaction considering the
amount of money involved ($7.9million), though we should not put our
minds in what we have to get but what we have to offer in assisting
this poor girl who is in dare need of our help. There would be
financial requirements from you.
Attached here-under is a copy of my official identification for your
perusal, I will urgently send copies of the fund deposit slip with
which Angela�s father deposited the fund with the security company
before his death when I receive your reply.
