It might
interest you to know that the government of United States of America with the
giants of the European Union (United Kingdom, Germany and France) in
collaboration with the Bank of International Credit has put up a program to pay
debts through what is called “Heavily Indebted
Poor Countries” ( HIPC). The process of payment was handed over to Debt
Management International.
