Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Office of Inspector General
801 17th Street, NW
Washington, DC, 20434, Room 1096.

Attention;

My name is Mary Johnson, I am the Assistant secretary to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (Action Task Force) here in the United States of America. I am writing you with regards to your protracted and stalled fund transfer you have been expecting all these years.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Action Task Force was setup for the purpose of providing a one stop shop for clearing all stalled payments for all levels within the United Kingdom and West Africa, i.e., inheritance funds, contract funds, Bank Awards, and all ATM Card related payments, etc. The Office came into existence by an act of parliament. You will agree with me that, for a long period of time, foreign transfer management arrangements in the United Kingdom and Africa have been characterized by major shortcomings. One area of weakness was the diffusion of responsibilities across a multitude of agencies hence your transfer could not be realized till date.

These diffusion in the management of transfer payment in the past created fundamental problems including Operational inefficiency, lack of consistent well-defined payment policies and debt management strategies; poor coordination and payment of unnecessary fees by you. The consideration of these myriad problems led the world organization to give express mandate and a general conduct review of your pending transfer aimed at achieving and meeting our targeted mandate of paying your funds in the most effective way consistent with the objectives of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Your transfer file came to our attention just this morning, and I was compelled to take special interest in your transfer because of its peculiar history of procedural inconsistencies and unauthorized payment approval documents that are contained in your file.

The broad objectives of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation is to rationalize and streamline the management of your transfer in our laid down policy with a view to sharpening strategic focus and achieving operational efficiency with initial focus set on consolidation of the new Debt Payment Regulatory Policy management functions hitherto undertaken by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Given the above targeted mandate, we are willing and committed to releasing your transfer from our paying bank here in the United States of America which have already been queued up for release. Reconfirm these information to;
