When
my father was alive, he deposited some money in a bank and he used my
name as he next of kin, the amount is US$450,000(Four Hundred And Fifty
Thousand US Dollars). I managed to escape with the documents which
covers my late father' s deposited money,the statement account of the
fund and the death certificate of my late father here with me.

due to my statue as a refugee i cannot transfer this money by myself
because when i contacted the bank they refused to give me this money
because of my refugee status here in Senegal as the law of Senegalaise
do not allow a refugee members to pertake in anything doing with money

behalf, i need a partner preferably a foreigner who will stand on my
