He was killed during the Political president Laurent Gbagbo wars against New President Alassane Ouattara that destroy so many life and property, my family was affected, After the death of my father in the process i was taken away by the catholic missionary into a country call Senegal to seek for refuge .
Before the death of my father on 7th of October 2010 in a private hospital there in Abidjan, he secretly called me by his time of death and told me that he has the sum of NINE Million SEVEN hundred thousand United State Dollars USD ( $9.7 Million Cash ) he deposited in one of the leading banks, which the bank will transfer to you on my behalf since they refused to deal with me directly because of my refugee status. Hope that you will not expose or betray
this trust and confident that I am about to repose on you for the mutual benefit of both of us. Dear we will talk about my arrival to your country after the transfer has been made to your account so that i will live with you for a better life and for the proper invest of the money with you.
Meanwhile my late father already strongly advised me not to seek for assistance in the investment of the money from his lawyer or any of his friends here but to seek for a foreign partner from a country of my choice ( outside country, not Cote d Ivoire ) that will assist me in the wise investment of the money properly for my future. I want an investment purpose like Hospital, real estate management or hotel management. Because of this I am honorably seeking your assistance in the following ways with honest:
(1) To serve as a guardian to me and then assist me receiving the money into your care.
(2) To make arrangement for me to come over to your
country to further my education and then settle there permanently.
If you accept to stand as my guardian or foster parent to me, I need not discuss on any percentage with you as you have to see the whole money as yours and then assist me invest it normally. Hello dear.
How is life treating you there in your country? I am certain that all
is well. I hope we can connect and find real love that will last for
life time. I believe the life is beautiful and worth living if there
is a kind person of opposite sex to be in our life to share all the
life ups and downs. I believe there is a reason we come in contact
maybe you are the person that will help me from the present situation
I am right now, I could not continue my education due to death of my
parents during the political crisis in my country, many people lost
their life in my community Duekue. I'm a very simple, honest and
loving person. I'm a good listener as well as good learner. I always
try to learn new things when given the opportunity. I can work hard to
achieve my target in time. I'm self confident and patient. I have
ability to lead and manage people. My hobbies, listen to music and net
surfing are to observe people playing interesting games. I like to
talk and I like to watch TV. Though my situation is not really not
well I try to think positive about life, I believe there is a reason
we come in contact. My only problem is that I could not continue my
education because there is no sponsor. I want to find love with
someone that is serious in seeking for love that will last long. I do
not want involve in communication that will not lead to meeting in

first year in Medicine, its was true the help of some Catholics
missionary who assisted me to escape to Senegal where i am now
staying presently with other People in an Hostel provided bye the Red
Cross Premises under the United Nations High Commission here in
Senegal, with other nationalities who are victims of one circumstance
nor the other,
Although we used to receive Lectures,but our Freedom is Restricted, we
have identity card's
My Late Father Mr. Thia m B Manuel , was a Commissioner of
Agriculture in Abidjan, the economic capital of Cote d�Ivoire.although
we are from a small Town Called Du�kou� in Ivory cost we share common
border with Liberia, and because of the Love i have for English i
school in British school, My Father was short which lead to his Death
with my mother during the Political war that occur between our former
president Laurent Gbagbo Vs New President Alassane Ouattara that
destroy so many life and property what of Billions of Dollar's, my
family was affected, It's only me that is alive today to tell the
story because I wasn't around when the whole attack took place,
after the Death of my Father i was searching my father's room and all
of a sudden i discover a certificate which my father used to purchase
some Precious Metals, which he bought and deposited in one of the
Leading Bank in the United Kingdom,
I equally opened my Mother's briefcase and found out the documents
which she have deposited huge amount of money in one bank in Senegal
Republic's with my name as the next of kin, I have written to the bank
asking them to release the money. so that I can take care of myself
and start a new life, the Bank Director told me that my Mother's
instruction to the bank is that the money Should only be release to me
when I am married or present a trustee who will help me and invest the
money overseas.
If you could be of any help to me,that would enable me come out of the
Hostel premises and possible travel to meet you I will be very happy,
if we meet in person so that I will be in position TO discuss with you
