Subject: REPLY: GOLD PARTNERSHIP.
Dear Sir,
First and foremost, I thank you for your prompt response. I want to
acknowledged that the 100 kg gold bar gold is available for sale. I need you
to sell the community gold to enable the money to be utilize for it
development.
My main purpose of mailing you is to seek for your cooperation in
partnership with me so that I will ship 100 Kg gold bar to you personally
under a mutual sign contract agreement to sell the gold and return the money
back to Ghana. The local seller (community elders) has agreed to sell for
$25,000 per kilo with a 10% commission given to us (you and I). But you will
sell for $40,000 per kilo. Our profit will be $17,500 per kilo ($40,000 -
$22,500 after the deduction of 10% commission from $25,000 per kilo).
When you sell the gold, you will transfer $2,250.000.00 (Two Million Two
Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars -- 100 kg gold x $22,500)
directly to the seller bank account stated in the joint ventures agreement
that I will send to you and our profit of $1,750.000.00 ( One Million Seven
Hundred and Seventy Five Ghana Cedis) will be share equally after the
deduction of a bank loan with 17.5% interest.
I have concluded an arrangement with my bank for loan to finance the
documentation and shipment of the 100 kg gold bar to your destination and
they have agreed with a condition that I should present an SKR of the gold
bar deposit in the custody of a recognized shipping company in Accra and a
movement certificate for the 100 kg gold bar in your name to ascertain that
the gold is about to be ship to your destination for sales. At the
presentation of these papers to the bank, the bank will confirm from the
shipping company and after their verification to be true, the shipment and
documentation fees to move the 100 kg gold bar to your destination will be
transfer directly to the shipping company bank account.
The only expenses cost you and I have to contribute together is the payment
cost of bullion van to move the gold from the village to the shipping
company office in Accra.
See the attachment for my company documents. I will send you the joint
ventures agreement in my next mail for your study and sign, date and stamp
and return it back to me to also endorse my signatory.
