Dear Sir/Madam,
Your email is received and we have been informed also by MRS. CORDELIA ABBOTT about her decision to appoint you to be her trustee /representative for the claim of her late husband's deposit with our bank. Late MR. VITALIS ABBOTT is our late customer with account n°0582332 substantial amount (US\$3,700,000.00) of deposit with us.
The total interests of the fixed deposit (0.3%) were paid on the instruction of late MR. VITALIS ABBOTT to credit bank account number 02588785555 at SGBCI bank Cote d’Ivoire on the 30th November 2010, the above mentioned sum is the total balance of the account number hence you have been really appointed as a trustee to represent the next of Kin.
However before our bank will transact any business concerning the transfer of the fund with you, we will like you to complete the attached FOREIGN CURRENCY FUND TRANSFER APPLICATION FORM and send same to us via E-mail as attachments.
Be informed that we have begun the final exercise from checking and validation being established beforehand to all such a remittance.The attached application form of identification of payment (transfer form) should be completed correctly outwards, signed and return by E-mail to the wire transfer department contents above.
Note; you must provide correct information on the Fund transfer application form, incorrect information would not be taken into account, it is necessary by concluding the final exercise from checking and validation for the prolongation of our complete service and for a successful transfer of the funds.
We have requested that Mrs. CORDELIA ABBOTT submit with our bank a DECLARATION UNDER OATH validated at the ministry of justice appointing you her legal trustee to receive the transfer in your nominated account. And also submit the DEATH CERTIFICATE of late MR. VITALIS ABBOTT (Her deceased husband) confirming the death and a copy of DEPOSIT CERTIFICATE of the account issued to MR. VITALIS ABBOTT by our bank.
Note that the above are compulsory, and are needed to protect our interest, yours, the next of kin after the claims. These shall also ensure that a smooth, quick and successful transfer of the fund will be effected within 48hours at reception of these documents.
