after the death of my parents and this money is been deposited by my

Hello my lovely darling!
honey i saw the mail the bank sent to me which i have also forwarded to you,
I thank you so much for your love and concern toward me and i must
tell you that i am very proud of you and i promise to make you the
happiest man on earth as soon as i join you over there in your country
to start a new life again as i have suffered a lot in this hell called
refugee camp. Darling the reverend has succeeded in getting us a good
lawyer who will help us get the documents for us. A resident lawyer
here in Senegal Dakar can help us to get those papers because
presently I have my late father's death certificate which i have sent
to the lawyer through the help of the reverend and the only documents
remaining now is the power of attorney and the affidavit of oath.
So after going through the mail sent by the bank, I discussed it with
the Reverend in charge of the refugee camp here where i stays and he
gave me the contact of this lawyer, Barrister Williams Cisse who was a
lawyer attached to the refugee camp here in Dakar Senegal by the UN
organization according to the Reverend. I want you to contact the
lawyer immediately telling him that you are my foreign partner and
fiance and that you need his services to prepare the other remaining
documents which is the power of attorney and the affidavit of oath
that the bank needed from us that will enable you transfer my late
