Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

If you received a similar email, you should go to the homepage to read more about 419 fraud.

Subject: FUNDS WITHELD!

Dear sir,
My name is Valery Valentinovich Baranov.I worked under Gusinsky and have
been mandated to source for a westerner who will work in harmony with me
to
consumate this transaction. On December 20, 1991, the State Bank of the
USSR was disbanded and all its assets, liabilities and property in the
RSFSR were transferred to the Central Bank of the RSFSR (Bank of Russia),
which several months later was renamed the Central Bank of the Russian
Federation (Bank of Russia).

Fictitious capitalisation of banks is another matter of serious concern
for the Bank of Russia. To prevent banks from using all sorts of schemes
designed to artificially overvalue or undervalue the required ratios, the
Bank of Russia in 2004 issued a number of regulations, including the
Regulation On the Procedure for Creating Loan Loss Reserves by Credit
Institutions" and the Instruction On Banks Required Ratios."
During the above situation we were able to keep aside 80 million dollars
and has kept these funds out of the russian federation into belarus
republic successfully.we can work on 75///25 sharing ratio which is fair
enough.. It is important that you revert back to me by return mail today
This transaction is 100 percent risk free.

thanks
Valery Valentinovich Baranov
