your email is received, unfortunately there is nothing that we can do
without going through the normal payment process. the Nat West bank is
paying you these amounts as correspondent bank to the bank of Ghana. If
you are not able to wire the account opening balance which makes it
possible to set up a non resident bank account that can carry your
outstanding inheritance, it will be difficult to conclude a bank transfer.
This is because direct transfer attracts payment of charges and taxes as
mandated by the bank of England for every bank in U.K.
Alternatively you could choose to come to England, so that you may
complete the process here at our desk. Let me know that you can come so
that we may nominate a fiduciary company that could direct your schedule.
Again, note, that this process will attract the payment of logistics cost
to the fiduciary company that will over see the day to day execution of

processes, that is why I try to explain very well so that you can
understand. We are not harsh in any form, instead we are only working in
line with the normal procedure, which is in your best interest. The Nat
West Bank is in the position to advise the Bank of Ghana further on this
payment. You should either set up the account immediately, so that your
money will be credited into the account. I attach herewith again, the Nat
West Bank account opening FORM for your completion. On completion, forward
the account opening balance immediately into the nominated receiving bank
account that we already gave to you.

Hello,
it is very unfortunate that you do not want to receive these amounts as
approved. I hope you know that the Nat West Bank is acting in capacity as
a correspondent bank to the bank of Ghana. If you had spend as much as a
million U.S Dollars, why are your money not transferred to you? I am
disappointed with your approach and you can contact anybody or
organizations for this payment, but you should know that the Nat West Bank
can only release these amounts in accordance to the transaction
guidelines, and it is important to know that the Nat West Bank does not
loose anything if you are not paid since you are not prepared to work in
line with the bank's transaction guidelines.
Secondly, if you want us to deduct the charges, it is possible only if you
are able to obtain the CERTIFICATE OF MERIT PAYMENT NO.103 that will
mandate this bank to deduct charges from the source, so if you want
deductions done on your transaction, attached is the certificate of merit
payment nO.103 FORM to be complete by you. Note, that the certificate
attracts an official payment at the court as stated underneath the FORM.
It is left for you to decide on what to do, and it also important for you
to know that time is not your friend and as soon as the specified time
frame for this transaction elapses, we shall final cancel this payment.

Dear,
let me tell you, i was working more than 1 year on this fund and
expenses a million dollar for the whole process before. You yourself
know it very well ok. From the beginning to now, i had the required
documents here with me including the receipt ok. You couldn't say you
are not the rightful person of the fund beneficiary while the
documents are being found over there in london bank and here with me.
If you are the rightful manager of the bank and the fund is mine
why do you ask me to send the money to you again? You can deduct any
expenses from the fund rather than asking me to send money like the
former bank of barclays ok.unless you transfer my fund to me, i will
do more with the responsible body over there in london, Ghana, and
all over the world against your procedure ok
