This hotel building will accommodate the following facilities:
Lobby, cafe, bar, and administrative facilities 150-seat restaurant Deluxe single and double rooms.
Sports center including dressing rooms, showers, sauna, and swimming pool.

Infrastructure works include:
Electrical wiring Sewage and waste water system Gas pipes

Centralized heating and hot water
Water reservoir with 5-day water reserve

Based on issue of security with you, to gather more trust as this is solely based on trust. My lawyer advised me that it would be better that we meet ourselves in order to have some understanding and at the same time sign an agreement binding us together in this transaction. I would prefer this to be taken care by my attorney due to my tight schedule and official work at hand.
