Attention:
My law firm is retained by the ailing Madam Victoria Jackson with instructions to assist and guide you through the process of taking possession of the said fund (US$18.5M) as her nominated beneficiary/ trustee.
Based on this brief, I will commence the preparation of affidavits and letters of probate administration in your favour, with the aim of presenting you as the legally recognized trustee and administrator of these funds. On completion of this documentation, we will proceed to file them with the Old Bailey Court here in the United Kingdom for legal approval.
As is customary with the filing of letters of probate administration with the Old Bailey, a copy of your International passport , valid driver’s license or photo ID must be included in the filing procedure, for sighting purposes.
