Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

I know this letter will definitely come to you as a huge surprise, but I implore you to take the time to go through it carefully as the decision you make will go off a long way to determine my future and continued existence. I ask for your pardon if my approach is offensive as i never meant to invade your privacy, and also i believe this is the best and secured means i can pass my message across to you in clear terms.

Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Sgt. Brian Diaz, a US Marine Sgt. serving in the 3rd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment that Patrols the Anbar province in Iraq. I am desperately in need of assistance and I have summoned up courage to contact you. I am presently in Iraq and to be honest I found your contact particulars in an address journal online during my diligent search for a reliable and trusted individual or group of persons that can stand as a partner to claim this funds on my behalf. Please permit me to say that I am seeking your assistance to evacuate the sum of US$14.5M (Fourteen Million Five Hundred Thousand U.S Dollars) to the States or any safe country, as far as I can be assured that it will be safe in your care until I complete my official service here is coming to an end as a result of American Soldiers pull out out from Iraq.

Some funds in various currencies was discovered and concealed in barrels with piles of weapons and ammunition at a location near one of Saddam Hussein' s old Presidential Palaces during a rescue operation and it was agreed by all party present that the funds be shared amongst us, since our Superior officers were busy enriching themselves and feeding fat from what is left of Iraq.

This might appear as an illegal thing to do but I tell you what? This world is not meant for the weak, but for the strong mighty because No amount of compensation can make up for the risks we have taken with our lives exposed to bombs and suicide attacks in this Hellhole of a place called Iraq, because right in your very eyes you will see your fellow soldier blown apart by bomb or land mines, but I have been lucky and fortunate to survive 2 suicide bomb attacks by Pure Divine intervention. Well, the above figure was given to me as my own share of the said funds and to conceal this kind of funds became a problem for me, so lucky enough with the help of a British high ranking diplomat working with the UN here and whose Office Enjoys Some Immunity Cover smoothly moved the funds out of Iraq and now in a storage house in London for safe keeping .

I was able to get the package out to a safe location entirely out of trouble spot. The British diplomat does not know the real contents of the package as containing Raw Cash in US dollars, as he believes that the trunk box belongs to an American who died in an air raid, who before giving up trusted me to hand over the package to his close relative back in the States. Anyway i appreciate your interest and willingness to assist me in this project of mine, sorry for my late reply, i just had opportunity to write you back because we have been very busy here in the city of Anbar province in Iraq fight for our daily life against Al-Qaeda and other terror groups which hasn't been easy.
