Judul: JOHN OWONLA SEEKS YOUR URGENT ASSISTANT FOR THE EXECUTION OF A
DEAL"
Dear Sir/Ma,
It is a great pleasure writing you this letter for our mutual business
and cordial relationship. My name is John Owonla an official with the
Ministry of Finance here in my country and I seek your urgent
assistant for the execution of this financial deal.
I am heading contract payment release reconciliation department and I
have in my procession contract approved document between the ranges of
$7 to $8million unclaimed. After due reconciliation, I have contacted
the contractor on his address could not be reached and investigation
was carried out and discovered that the contract was an over invoiced
contract payment planned by the past Military personals during their
regime 15years ago. The officers could not be able to make the claim
before the Military handed over to democratically elected Government
in place.
All outstanding
contract payment has been reconciled for release. The
officer could not come for the claim since they knew that the contract
was not executed to avoid questioning. I am using this opportunity to
seek your assistant for the claim for my own use rather sending back
it to Government treasury. I hope that are you a reliable person I
will front for this deal? Please kindly understand fully well that
there is no harm on this deal and not a fraud against the Government.
It is neither a fraud nor scam this is a genuine deal that requires a
matured mind and capable hands/body. You will be told on what you will
be required from you for the claim of the contract if you are really
interested to move on with me also, you will be compensated with 40%
of the principal amount for your assistant.
I wait your urgent response if this is an interest to you for more
information of what you should do.
Thank you.
John
Owonla.
