Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

If you received a similar email, you should go to the homepage to read more about 419 fraud.

Greetings from the FedEx Courier Service, West Africa.

We have a bank draft of $720,000 USD (Seven Hundred and Twenty Thousand United States Dollars) issued in your name which was deposited at our office few weeks ago by an American Citizen for safe delivery to you. He deposited the bank draft and traveled out of the country for a three (3) Months business course. He asked us to deliver the bank draft to you before it's expiration date which is fast approaching.

For your information, He has made payment for the Value Added Tax (VAT), Insurance and delivery charge. The only fee you are required to remit for delivery to your direct address is $220 USD, being the security keeping fee/demurrage so far. It should be noted that the depositor would have paid for that as well, but we refused so because we never knew how soon you will respond to us in case of demurrage.

You are advised to contact Mr. David Moore of the customer care department directly for the delivery of your package through the contact information below;

Contact Person: Mr. David Moore
