Jerome K. Morse.This $850,000.00 was handed over to me by the past
Minister of Finance Mr Lucien Marie Noël Bembamba before he traveled to
France.I know Mr Lucien Marie Noël Bembamba because he was a member of
my parish where i serves as ordained catholic Reverend Father.
He
explained to me that this payment was approved long time ago by the
office of the Ministere de l' economie et des finances (MEF)but his
colleagues wanted them to join hands together and steal the money and
share it among themselves since you were not aware that the government
has approved your payment.
