Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Financial arbitrators have resolved the non-payment foreign
contractors payment debt owed to all foreign contractors since 2011.

The Nigeria government have been given an instruction to pay to you
the sum of US$45 MILLION(US$45,000,000.00) as your name and company is
listed as a beneficiary among those who are to receive their payment
before December 2014 in accordance with the resolution reached between
the Federal Govt of Nigeria and the United Nations.

All you have to is to contact the designated bank officer and he will
mail to you the specialized ATM card which you will start to draw your
funds upon receiving the ATM card.

In your correspondence to the bank official, please include the
following to avoid wrong dispatch of payment card;
