Hello My Dearest,
How was your day? mine was a very hot over here in Dakar Senegal. My
name is Miss. Halimah Al-obeidi I'm (24)years old still single and
never married, I am from Libya in North Africa and presently, I am
residing in the orphanage/refugee camp here in Dakar Senegal, as a
result of the civil war going on in my country. I was a first year
student of law at the university, before the incident that lead me
into this situation of living in the camp.
My late father Major General Abdul Fattah Younes Al-Obeidi was a
senior military officer in Libya, He held the rank of Major General
and the post of Minister of Interior, but resigned on 22nd February
2011 to defect the rebel in Libyan civil war. My father was killed by
members of an anti-Gaddafi military on 28th July 2011. When rebels
anti-Gaddafi military troop attacked our house one early morning
killing my parents. Equally my mother was six months pregnant and a
senior lecturer at the university before her death, it's only me that
is alive now because I am the only child to my parents, and I managed
to make my way with the help of UN to Senegal, where I am leaving now
as refugee.
I would like to know more about you. Your likes and dislikes, as I
love cooking, handball, singing,karaoke, reading,etc. I don't like
dishonest people. Your hobbies and what you are doing presently. I

My dear,
How are you doing my dear? I hope all is well with you there. Thank
you for your kind concern for me, mine here is very hot in Dakar
Senegal in this field find it difficult to leave because we are not
allowed to do so, it's like I stay in prison and I hope that by the
grace of God I will get out of here soon. I do not have any relatives
now that I can go, or tell any thing about me, the only person I have
to complain now is Rev father. David Peter who is the parish priest of
the (Church of God Mission) here in the camp. he has been very good
for me since I got here, I'm using his office computer to send you
this emails. I'm living in the hostel of the girl because the camp
have two hostels one for boys and one for girls. Our Reverend tel

in the hostel girl and I'll come to his office to speak with you.
As a refugee here I do not have any right or privilege to any thing be
it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country. I
want to go back to my studies because i only attended my first year
before the tragic incident that lead to my being in this situation now
took place. Dear, please keep this secret inside of us, because I want
you to know everything about me. I have my late father's statement of
account and death certificate here with me I would like to send you to
help me realize my dream, because when he was alive he deposited some
amount of money in a leading bank in Europe which he used my name as
next of kin. the amount involved is US$ 7.500,000.00 us dollars
l will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and you
help me get my travel documents and ticket to come to meet you. i can
not withdraw money myself because of my situation of refugees in this

I contacted the bank and made them know about my intentions to
withdraw this money, I also got them aware of the death of my father
and they found it with all its checks and confirmation. However, say I
should get in touch with a very responsible person who will stand on
my behalf as my trustee in relation to withdraw the money. since I'm
currently in the refugee status here and would not be allowed to
handle that amount of money.
I just have to let you know everything about me so you can help me
achieve my dream future. i kept this secret to people here in the
camp, the only person who knows about it is the Rev father. David
Peter because he is like a father to me.
