Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

During our investigation, I discovered An abandoned shipment from a Diplomat from United Kingdom under iship forwarder was transfered from JF Kennedy Airport to our facility here and when scanned it revealed an undisclosed sum of money in a Metal Trunk Box weighing approximately 110kg each. The consignment was abandoned because the Content was not properly declared by the consignee as money rather it was declareded as personal effect to avoid diversion by the Shiping Agent also the Diplomat inability to pay for Non Inspection Fees.

On my assumption, each of the boxes will contain more that $3 to 4M and the consignment is still left in storage house till today through a registered shipping Company, Courier Des patch Service Limited a division of Tran guard LTD. The Consignment they are two metal box with weight of about 110kg each (Internal dimension: W61 x H156 x D73 (cm). Effective capacity: 680 L.)Approximately, The details of the consignment including your name are tagged on the Metal Trunk box. Provide your Phone Number full address, name of nearest Airport around and other details or disregard. You can send the required details to me for onward delivery.

All communication must be held extremely confidential. I can get everything concluded within 3 hours and proceed to your address for delivery. But i must get assurance from you concerning my 50% before i will proceed.

I want us to transact this business and share the money,since the shipper have abandoned it and ran away.I will pay for the Non inspection fee and arrange for the boxes to be moved out of this Airport to your address, Once we are through i will deploy the services of a secured shipping Company geared to provide the security it needs to your doorstep. or i can bring it by myself to avoid any more trouble. But i will share it 50% to you and 50% to me. But you have to assure me of my 50%. If you agreed with my condition,

Thanks for your response.

Like i told you in my first mail. I am a Director with the United
Nation Inspection Unit here in Metropolitan Washington Airport.
Though, i am not an American but a Briton. We are here for Inspection
on Abandoned,intercepted Draft Cheques and Consignments.

Your mail was well received by me and i want you to know that there is
no way i would want to go into anything that is not legal knowing that
your country USA is a security state.

I discovered a consignment with its contents fully intact bearing your
name, all i need from you is a full assurance of my share of the funds
because as soon as i finish with the arrangement, i will be flying to
your local airport with the Boxes by myself to avoid any stress on
transit till i get to the destination for delivery and final sharing
of the funds as agreed.

You can not call me on phone due to  security reasons because i don't
want any of my colleagues to suspect me, as you know that i am still
in active service. Though, i know that we are not supposed to do this,
we are supposed to declare the content of the boxes and return the
money to UN Office but due to my financial situation as at now i have
no other option than to do this and save my future and the future of
my family.

I want to inform you that i will conclude every arrangement before
11-12 noon tomorrow.

Once again, to avoid any mistake you have to reconfirm your recent
address to me and the name of the nearest Airport around you, also a
full written Guarantee that my Share of the total funds will be given
to me, because i will finalize every arrangement before 12pm tomorrow,
board a flight with the boxes to meet you.

Please,  i don't want to deal with any other person or party on this
transaction because i have to protect my legitimate service with
United Nation.

I would want you to keep this transaction close to your heart and make
it very secretive as you know that i am still working and be assured
from my side everything will go smoothly.

I would be needing you to send to me without further delay, your
personal details such as, full names,telephone number,an address and
the nearest airport where the consignment should be delivered to.
