Subject: I WILL LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT YOU
Dear friend,
I am Suliat Mabou by name. I hail from Cote d'Ivoire in West Africa.
I'm just 24 years old girl and the
only child of my late parent. I studied mass communication in the
university, though I have not completed
my studies as a result of political crisis that took place in my
country in which I lost my mother and
my father. My late father Dr Frederick Larry was a politicians and
also an international business man
while my late mother was a medical doctor. They both were killed
because of my late father's stance
against the government in power.
Presently, I am residing in refugee camp in Dakar Senegal because I
left my country after my parents were buried. My aim is not to stay
here permanently but I chose to come here just to save my life. I have
a lot to share about me, I am just simple and social type.
So I would like you to tell me more about you and what you like.
Honestly, I want a relationship based on sincerity and trust. I have
many things to share with you so I wait for your reply soon.
Have a nice day.
Yours sincerely,
Suliat

Subject: My dear I need your maximum support
Dear friend,
How are you today? I suppose you are fine as well as your family
members. Let me use this opportunity to seek your maximum support in
regard this issue that am about to confide on you now. Please I will
like you to keep this matter extra ordinary confidential for security
purpose.
Before I proceed, let me state that friendship is like food we eat
because human eat food to sustain life so also we make friends to
share idea and help one another in time of difficulties. I want to
inform you also that a journey of thousands miles start with just a
step so I believe that with a time we will get to know more about
ourselves better. I am a very social person to be with but what I
admire most in friendship is sincerity and truthfulness because any
relationship built on trust and sincerity will always last forever. As
for me I don't care if you are married, single but what matters to me
is your ability to understand and comprehend. May I use this purpose
to state that I will be very much happy if the purpose and aim for
which I initiated this communication can be met so I expect your
cooperation, maturity and sincerity and I want you to keep this matter
that I am telling now confidential please.
Please listen carefully to what I am going to explain to you now. My
late father was a contractor and also a politician before he was
killed last year along with my mother. The rebel loyal to the
government came to my house one evening and shot them in a close range
killing two of them while I was in boarding schools. It was very
painful death and very agonizing that I lost them when I needed their
support and care as an only child but I believe that their soul will
rest in peace.
Now before my parent died, My late father had deposited the sum of ($
US 5.7 Million dollars) Five Million and seven hundred thousand
dollars in one of the leading bank in London and my name was used as
next of kin to the account that means that I am the only person who
has legitimate right to claim this fund in case of death or absence of
my father. After the burial of my parent, I relocated from my country
Cote d'Ivoire to Dakar Senegal and presently I am living as a refugee
in Senegal where I am now because the political crises was too much
for me to withstand so I had to come here to secure my life and I have
vowed not to go back again to my country for now.
Not quite long ago, I contacted the bank in London and made my
intention known to them that I want to claim my late father's fund in
their bank since I am the next of kin to the account. The bank
responded and said that I should open an account in Senegal first
where the fund can be transferred to. So I had attempted to open a
bank account here but I was told it is illegal and unconstitutional
for a refugee to own a bank account in this country or in any country
around the world. So I wrote to the bank again and explained my
difficulties to them and the bank now authorized me to appoint
somebody who can stand on my behalf legally so that this money can be
transferred into the person's account. So it is at this juncture that
I contacted you to be my guardian and to seek your support in
assisting me to claim my late father's fund. There are just five ways
on which I will need your assistance mostly.
(1) To stand on my behalf as a guardian or partner in this transaction.
(2) To receive this money on my behalf with your account in your country.
(3) To withdraw some money after the transfer and send to me to be
used and obtain my traveling document and relocate to your country
(4) To help me get admission in one of the best university in your
country once I relocated.
(5) To help me manage this money and invest it in any business you
find profitable.
Considering that your support and assistance will be highly need in
this transaction. I hereby propose to you 20% of the total money to
you for the support you are going to render to me. I want to inform
you also that the bank is going to inform us the steps and procedure
requires for this transaction to be carried out so I wait for your
reply if you know that you are serious and able to help me. You can
call me with this number so that we can talk, though not my personal
phone but once you call ask to speak with me so that the reverend
pastor can send someone to come and call me in my quarter in this
refugee camp. The phone number is
+221-703602286
Yours sincerely,
Suliat

Subject: My dear, fill this introductory letter and send it to the bank.
My dearest one,
The most important thing in this life is trust so I am going ahead
with you in this transaction based on trust so please do not betray my
trust on you because before I contacted you I prayed to go to guide me
and connect me with someone who will be very understanding because
understanding matters.
So I must admit that I am very happy that you have given me your world
of assurance and I am looking forward to conclude this transaction
through your help as soon as possible. May I inform you also that I
have communicated with the bank several time and recently regarding
the steps needed for this transaction to take and the bank responded
and authorized me to appoint a reliable and trusted person that will
stand on my behalf and act on my interest due to my refugee status in
this place and they recommend that I should also inform you to write a
letter of introduction to them through their email address for them to
acknowledge you official and then inform you the possibility and
procedure of carrying this transfer into your account in line with
international money transfer ethics.
However I drafted this letter below for you to carefully fill the
space where your name is required and then send it to the bank with
this bank email address on top of the introduction letter. Kindly
update me once you dispatch the mail to the bank via email and also
try and inform me once the bank reply you. Listen my plan is to get
this fund transfer from my late father's bank account in London into
your account then after that you will withdraw some money out of it
and send to me which I will use to obtain my traveling documents and
relocate to your country.
You are also advised to keep this matter secret between me and you
only for security purpose. You can reach me on phone through the
pastor's office line because I have taken permission from him to
receive call from you since I don't have a person phone now for
communication. So call
+221-703602286
When you call ask him to connect me. The pastor is a very nice man and
he is the welfare coordinator in charge of people living in this camp.
