My name is Prof. Harry George(PHD), I am a legal consultant and I live in United Kingdom, I am also a citizen of the United Kingdom. I have a matter that I wish to discuss with you, I used to have a client by name Mr. James Watanabe who lived in Japan in the area that was affected by the disaster, I was his legal consultant while he was doing different oil businesses here in Europe, he later left United Kingdom back to Japan to join his family because he was sick, only after so many years the bank where he deposited a high volume of money contacted me to inform me that he has not visited the bank vault where he kept a total sum of fifty million dollars in cash for some years according to their record.

I started searching through embassies here in United Kingdom and through few local organizations in Japan only to discover that Mr. James Watanabe was not originally from Japan that he just lived there, and was affected by the disaster and lost his life and that of all his family. I have been looking for anyone related to him by the same last name Watanabe but all the people I contacted in Japan who has the same last name Watanabe say that he is not a member of their family, this is why I decided to look for a honest person whom I will present to the bank as the business associate of Mr. James Watanabe, so that the bank can pay the funds to the person as required by the banking laws of United Kingdom , after which we will both split the funds into two places twenty five million dollars each, I am contacting you after serious deliberation and thorough search of anyone related to Mr. James Watanabe with out any positive result, if I don’t present someone to the bank to claim the funds, the bank will declare the funds unclaimed and convert the entire money to be their own, I want us to claim the funds from the bank and use part of it to assist the disaster affected areas in Japan in memory of Late Mr. James Watanabe and then use the remaining for ourselves instead of allowing the bank to take it over.
