Please permit to share a business proposal that might interest you.
I'm Mr. Serge N GUESSAN, a Senior Manager of African Development Bank
(ADB) Lome Republic of Togo in Western Africa, I want to inquire from
you if you can handle a transaction of mutual benefits for both of us.

The transaction is about seeking your consent to front you as the
heir/kin to inherit an estate of our deceased customer at the Bank I
work at. As you may wish to know the deceased estate Value is
($4,800,000.00) currently in a Dormant which he deposited in Reserve
Trust Account under our Private Banking category (PB)

Our client died some years ago along with his entire family in a Car
crash on the 26th December 2011, ever since then no one has ever come
up for the claim of this estate As it stands now if his estate is not
claimed before next quarter of this financial year it will be turned
over to the Government treasury as I have been notified by the Central
Bank last week, in the official memo we received directing the
management of our bank to compile the list of abandoned or unclaimed
accounts for onward transfer of the files to the Government Treasury
inline with the Central Banks ACT.

However I thought it wise to use my position and front you as the only
survive Heir to the deceased so as to have this account proceeds
transfer in your name as his Kin and after successful of execution of
this project both of us will share the funds.

If you are capable to work out this transaction with me please email

to perfect this arrangement and obtain legal backings from the
Department of Justice which will give you legitimate right to transact
on this Dormant account as the Heir to the Deceased.

Upon successful execution of this transaction we shall have the
account proceed shared 50/50% equal after expenses we might incur in
