We the ECOWAS here in West Africa are to inform you regarding the allocation of the year 2014-2015 seasons.
The
Ecowas has taken noted that people like you are ready to assist the
West Africa children (REFUGEES CHILDREN) are to be HONORED.
Now
the Ecowas has realized that you are a person of honour and good
reputation that have human sympathies, that is why you want to help the
Africans refugee’s children and for that we won’t know how to appreciate
your help which you have render to the children of Africans .
This
is why the Ecowas has to come with a conclusion that we are to allocate
the sum of twenty five Million U.S Dollars ($25,000,000.0) to you for
assisting the children of West Africa sub-region.
Now before we
commence the release of the fund to your nominated bank account in your
country, there are procedure that we need to follow to avoid any
misunderstanding between you and the ECOWAS membership or interruption
of any international interferences.
Before
we allocate the fund, you have to register with the ECOWAS for the
registration as the members,and because immediately the funds are being
allocated to you, we the Ecowas do not have anything to do with the
funds because we are giving to you as allocation for your own good which
you have done to the Africans refugee children.
Once
we hear from you we shall be able to register with form for the
processing and send you a form which you have to fill and register with
the ECOWAS as a member that the Ecowas will allocate $25 Million Dollars
to before we start with the remittance of the fund to your designate
account in your country or any part of the world without interference of
any international organization after registered with Ecowas.
Please
you have to revert back with your telephone numbers,address, your
international passport or driver license for recognition of whom we are
entrusting the funds to as a member.
